Getting started with controlshift.io

controlshift.io is a Human Managed web app for digital products, designed to empower solutions to track assets, improve digital posture, and to act on abnormal or suspicious behaviors. 

 

To open the controlshift.io home page, go to https://controlshift.io  and log in with your Human Managed user name (which is usually your work email address) and password.

Home Page

The home page is controlshift.io's navigation system.  Here you can see: 

 

 

1. Sidebar: The sidebar menu displays the digital use cases (or business scenarios) that your organization has subscribed to (for example, Fraud). 
2. Service Module: This Service Module section displays the types of services that your organization has subscribed to for business scenarios.  Clicking on each box will take you to the respective pages.
   The Service Modules for controlshift.io are: 
   • Discover: User, Consumer, and Asset attributes catalogued from collected from data 
   • Profile: User, Consumer, and Asset context derived from interactions collected from data
   • Detect: Detections triggered by subscribed business scenarios
   • Triage: Assessment of the detection triggered by the platform for prioritization and elimination of false positives
   • Prescribe: Recommendations and actions triggered based of business scenarios
   • Search: Ad-hoc query-based search of indexed data made available through the web app for exploration
