How to regain access to your Human Managed account if you cannot sign in or have forgotten some of your login information.
You have forgotten your username or email
The username for your hm.works account is the email address that was used to register the account. Check your inbox for any emails from dispatch@humanmanaged.com to confirm the email address you signed up with.
Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password, there is a reset link when you login:
You will receive a confirmation email in your inbox once you have successfully reset your password.
Note: If your organization has integrated their Identity Provider (e.g. Azure Active Directory) with the Human Managed Platform, you need to contact your organization's admin to reset your password.
Still can't sign in
